How long have you been in business?

Statewide Fire Protection has been proudly meeting the fire protection needs of Victorian customers since the company was established by Jim Cooper in 1996.

I have a fire sprinkler system installed. Do I need other fire equipment?

Yes. There is no single solution to fire protection. Fire sprinkler systems are not suitable for all fires and can severely damage your premises. For this reason, you should ensure you are fitted out with the full range of fire protection measures. What you need will depend very much on your premises. Statewide Fire Protection can help you by providing advice, design and installation services for a wide range of fire protection products including fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire hose reels and fire hose cabinets, fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, fire blankets, fire safety signs and fire fighting fittings, pipes and gas.

What is the right type of fire extinguisher for me?

There are a wide range of fire extinguishers designed for the different classes of fire. Each is suitable for some fires, but not others. Information on the different types can be found on our fire extinguishers page. We recommend that you seek advice from an accredited technician, such as Statewide Fire Protection.
