Sales Service Technician:1
What type of person are we looking for?
The preferred applicant that we are seeking to employ with our Company should possess the following attributes:
1. Be honest hard working
2. Have a good driving history
3. Be prepared to undergo a police check
4. Be enthusiastic motivated and extremely self driven
5. Have demonstrated the ability to work unsupervised and be able to prioritise work commitments
6. Liaison and consultation with our clients and other team members to ensure effective communication of sales,
7. Dispatch and technical issues as required
8. Must meet customer and company deadlines
9. Demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with precision
10. Have a thorough understanding of the fire protection industry
11. Need to have experience in the fire protection industry with the ability to start servicing our client base as soon as they commence.
12. Have previous or current experience with a fire protection company. It would be desired this was in the last twelve months
13. Have sound knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the Australian Standards and a knowledge of the BCA
14. Be experienced at dealing with customers and have a knowledge of client contracts and service agreements with the intent of building our client base within the Melbourne Metro area
15. Be effective working in a team environment and show initiative
16. Have the desire to work towards higher levels of management for our company
17. Be seeking a long term career with opportunities for growth within our company
18. Have the determination and desire to set their own goals and surpass them
19. Report to Sales Service Technician / Supervisor on monthly service progress as required
Salary Package 1:
$37,440 - $52,000
Vehicle, Phone, Uniform & *Bonuses. Annual remuneration review.
Salary Package 2 :
$35,568 - $49,400 + RDO Vehicle, Phone, Uniform & *Bonuses. Annual remuneration review.
*Bonus/incentive plan currently under review/construction.
